  • What sizing is used for Ruah Apparel Co?
    All Apparel is unisex adult sizing. Size chart is available in the description on all products.
  • I like one of your styles but I cannot find a suitable colour or size?
    Please simply get in touch and we can prepare a special order for you. We can order sizes up to 5XL.
  • Where are your products made?
    We design & create right in the heart of Paradise.. Hervey Bay Queensland - Australia! Aussie Aussie Aussie! Please note that there may be very slight imperfections due to our apparel being handprinted / pressed vinyl.
  • Are your graphics original?
    Yes - we create all graphics ourselves with the inspiration from our amazing Creator - God!
  • How do I care for my garment?
    We recommend the following for the longevity of each print and product. - Cold, gentle wash setting with like colours only - Flip the shirt inside out before washing - Do not tumble dry - Do not use harsh detergents or bleach - Do not dry clean - Warm iron, inside out - Do not dry in direct sunlight
  • Do you offer custom designs on a shirt?
    We don’t take one off custom orders. We only offer the items as they are shown on this site. However if you are a church, youth group, christian organisation - we can help you with a wholesale design / order.
  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    As some items are custom printed, please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to shipped out to your location. If you have not received a notification that your product has been shipped out 2 weeks after purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at shop@mariahleecreative.com We will be more than glad to give you an update on your order status at any time!
  • My package was sent back
    Most of the time, packages get sent back because there was an issue with the address provided. If you provide the incorrect address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the extra shipping cost to send it back to you.
  • My package was delivered to the wrong address
    First, make sure the address you provided when placing your order was correct. If you have accidentally used the incorrect address, try contacting Australia Post and see if there is anything they can do. Unfortunately, once we leave your package with Australia Post we have no control. If you provide the incorrect address and your order is successfully delivered to the address you provided, we cannot give you a refund.
  • My package got lost in post
    If your package appears to have gotten lost, contact Australia Post to get information and possibly file a claim. If they are not able to help you, contact us immediately, so we can do our best to help solve the problem.
  • The garment I have received doesn't fit. Can I exchange it with a different size?
    Please be sure to read the size charts before placing your order. As each piece is created to order, generally speaking we are unable to accept returns at this stage if you have selected the wrong size or colour.
  • What I received is not what I ordered. Can you help?
    We do our best to avoid mistakes. But human errors may occur from time to time. If you believe there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately and we will rectify it ASAP.
